By using this website, purchasing UNSTOPPABLE, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use the program or related materials.

Educational Purpose

UNSTOPPABLE is a self-paced educational program designed to support goal-setting, follow-through, mindset, practical action, and personal growth.

UNSTOPPABLE is not:

Individual life coaching
Psychotherapy
Mental-health treatment
Medical care
Crisis intervention
Legal advice
Financial advice
Another form of licensed professional service

The optional private member community is intended for connection, conversation, encouragement, and general educational support.

Participation in the community does not create an individual coaching, therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship with Lois Lavrisa or Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc.

Eligibility

UNSTOPPABLE is intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Your Purchase

Your purchase includes the program, materials, and bonuses described on the UNSTOPPABLE sales page at the time of your purchase.

The Founding Member price is a one-time payment of $297, unless a different amount is clearly displayed and agreed to at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor designated by Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Your right to access purchased materials begins after successful payment and delivery of access information.

Because UNSTOPPABLE provides immediate access to digital lessons, downloads, tools, and bonus materials, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Program Access

Your purchase gives you ongoing access to UNSTOPPABLE and its included program materials for as long as UNSTOPPABLE remains available online and hosted by Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc.

There is no set expiration date on your access at the time of purchase.

However, your purchase is not a promise of permanent or lifetime hosting.

Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc. cannot guarantee that UNSTOPPABLE, its hosting platform, or its materials will remain available indefinitely.

If UNSTOPPABLE is materially relocated, changed, or discontinued, we may provide reasonable notice or alternative access where practical, but indefinite hosting is not guaranteed.

Self-Paced Program

UNSTOPPABLE uses a six-week educational framework.

You are not required to complete the program within exactly six calendar weeks.

You may move through the program at a pace appropriate to your schedule, circumstances, and goals.

Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use UNSTOPPABLE materials for your own personal educational purposes.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce program materials for others
Sell or resell program materials
Share login credentials
Upload or distribute videos, audio recordings, worksheets, or downloads
Publish program content online
Create courses, coaching materials, books, products, or derivative materials substantially based on proprietary UNSTOPPABLE content
Commercially exploit our intellectual property without written authorization

Intellectual Property

UNSTOPPABLE and its lessons, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, downloads, program structure, proprietary frameworks, graphics, branding, written content, and other materials belong to Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing UNSTOPPABLE gives you permission to use the materials personally.

It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

Private Member Community

Participation in the private member community is optional.

If you participate, you agree to behave respectfully and not:

Harass or threaten another member
Post discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful material
Reveal another member’s private information
Reproduce or distribute private community conversations without permission
Promote unrelated products or services without authorization
Share or distribute UNSTOPPABLE materials

Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc. may remove a participant who seriously or repeatedly violates community standards.

Removal for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

No Guaranteed Results

UNSTOPPABLE provides educational information, tools, and guidance.

Results vary.

Your outcome depends on factors including your decisions, effort, participation, circumstances, consistency, chosen goal, and factors outside the control of Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc.

We do not guarantee:

Completion of a particular goal
Specific personal results
Financial results
Business results
Health results
Relationship outcomes
Employment outcomes
Any particular transformation or result

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will have the same outcome.

Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, goals, health, finances, relationships, career decisions, and other life choices.

You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate qualified professional assistance when needed.

Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having an internet connection and a compatible device capable of accessing online videos, email, downloads, PDFs, and other program materials.

Third-party platforms may occasionally experience maintenance, outages, technical changes, or disruptions outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

UNSTOPPABLE may rely on third-party platforms or services including Squarespace, Stripe, MailerLite, Meta/Facebook, course-hosting providers, or other technology providers.

Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for temporary outages, changes, policies, or actions of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to:

Fraudulent payment
Chargeback abuse
Unauthorized sharing of program materials
Intellectual-property violations
Serious community misconduct
Unlawful use of the program or website
Material violation of these Terms

Termination resulting from your violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc., Lois Lavrisa, Life Coach Lois, and their employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or program.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Material changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
