This Refund Policy applies to purchases of UNSTOPPABLE and related digital products offered by Lavrisa Enterprises, Inc., operated by Lois Lavrisa under the Life Coach Lois brand.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

UNSTOPPABLE is a digital educational program that provides purchasers with immediate access to digital lessons, tools, downloads, materials, and bonus content.

For that reason:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS AFTER PURCHASE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and agree to this Refund Policy.

Immediate Digital Access

Because program access and digital content become available after successful purchase, a participant’s decision not to use, begin, complete, or continue the program does not create eligibility for a refund.

Examples that do not create a right to a refund include:

  • Changing your mind

  • Deciding you are too busy

  • Failing to begin the program

  • Failing to complete the program

  • Choosing not to use the program materials

  • Choosing not to participate in the optional member community

  • Not achieving a desired result

  • Purchasing and later deciding the program is not a fit

This does not limit any rights you may have where applicable law requires otherwise.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or believe there is a genuine billing error, contact us promptly.

We will investigate legitimate duplicate charges or payment-processing errors.

Technical Access Problems

A technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Founding Member Bonus

The UNSTOPPABLE Pep Talk Vault and other promotional or Founding Member bonuses:

  • Are included as promotional bonus content

  • Have no separate cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be returned separately

  • Do not create a separate refund entitlement

Chargebacks

If you experience a legitimate billing or access problem, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this provision prevents you from exercising rights legally available to you through your payment provider or applicable law.
